"We are in the process of remodeling our home and Royal Surfaces installed and refinished hardwoods on our main floor back in December 2021. We could not have been more impressed with the hard work and attention to detail. When Paula came out to give us a quote, I immediately knew I was going to go with Royal Surfaces. We had received 8-10 bids and she was the most professional and their pricing was comparable. We were given a start date and were told it would be 7-8 days for completion. They had it 100% completed in 8 days and it looks beautiful! We were also given a date when the hardwoods would be delivered so the wood could acclimate before the install. Their communication was top notch and the work was even better! They showed up every morning when they said and worked extremely hard until the end of the day. I have never seen a contracting company communicate so effectively, work so diligently, and do exactly what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said. "We recently had Royal Surfaces remove our old flooring and replaced with new hardwood flooring on the main level which includes the Living Room, Dining Room and hallway. The attention to detail that Alex and Manny demonstrated was of the highest quality in their work and superlative customer service. They were meticulous in putting up plastic to protect our home and cabinets from dust and debris and they went above and beyond what we expected by picking up the baseboards and trim to finish the job. I will say we are more than happy with the quality of work that they did with our flooring. "Alex, of Royal Surfaces, LLC, just completed our hardwood floors. We had 2 1/4" red oak floors on some of our main level. Alex "feathered in" new red oak and now our entire main level is hardwood. He sanded and stained all of it and it is BEAUTIFUL! He is a true craftsman, his work is incredible, and he was a joy to work with. Our entire main level now has beautiful "warm gray" hardwoods and there are no transitions at all. You can not tell the difference between the old floor and the new floor. Both Alex and Paula did a wonderful job communicating with us throughout the process. Alex also did a great job helping us to decide on the stain color and finish. We could not be happier!
